if India is the popular country what will it do?

i just want to know cause iI am from India bu I was born in Dubai.

A very broad based question. Lets try to answer it by looking at India's strengths and weaknesses.

Its strength: largest democracy in the world; one of the fastest growing economy in the world today; is the world leader in the IT/BPO & KPO sector; Indians and Indian businesses are more and more acquiring assets world-wide and becoming important international players; India has the largest pool of skilled (and comparatively cheap) human resources; share of its young generation to total population is rapidly increasing; has a functioning judiciary system; a strong and independant media............

Weaknesses: has the largest population of poor in the world; agriculture, on which the majority of the people depend on, is stagnating in growth; high child mortality due to diseases that can be prevented, i.e., polio; fragmentation in the political process; devolution of power and decentralization not yet completed........

What will it or rather what should it do?
Continue and consolidate the economic growth to emerge as the strongest economic power in the world within the next 20-25 years; develop the fast growing and sun-rise industries to become world leaders; expand the base of its skilled workers; expidite critical reforms for development; provide the supporting infrastructure like quality education, health care services, energy, roads, ports etc.; decentralize governance; boost agriculture production by diversifying from food grains to high value crops; ensure access to income for all and equitable distribution of wealth.

So, hopefully a strong India will bring peace, stability and prosperity to all its people and in Asia!
