Is it true that if a guy likes the girl and the girl knows the guy has the intention to marry her and truly loves her the chances of the girl loving and liking the guy is higher and if the girl is 27 years and above chances is the girl also wants to get married? That will increase my chances?

I don't think age and your intentions really matter if she likes you or not. Yeah yeah, you can say the whole biological clock starts ticking or what not, but me personally, I don't care how old I'm getting if I don't love the guy I'm not gonna marry him just because he's willing. I think your ready to get married when you meet that special someone, no matter how old you are and if your not "feeling it" then as a woman your not gonna wanna get married even if you, the man, say you will.
The heart wants what the heart wants. No matter how willing you are to commit, if she just doesn't feel it, it won't happen.

I am still slightly under 27 years of age.....but from a 20-something woman's perspective I will say this - women (most women) in this age range are looking for a serious relationship in the hopes of finding the right [guy] and eventually marrying him. If your relationship has stood the test of time, maybe now is the right moment to take that next step. But really....only YOU can tell when the time is right. No one else but you can properly answer the 'should I propose to her?' question.
