i feel soo strange also a bit like im goin to vomit. this has been goin on for a few dayhs now but its worse tonight wat do i do? i dont have a paper bag to breathe into either

This sounds like it could be an anxiety attack. To be on the safe side I would check with the dr but in the mean time if you have any kind of music that you like to listen to that might be of help to try and relax you some.

P.S. I don't think you are crazy. I really do think that something is wrong.

i don't understand what it really is , even though it style of feels to be happening to a great number of people . And with out solutions from the medical community .. most of the people I easily have talked to assert , they stuck a foul lung an infection 6 months to a year and a 0.5 in the past and say they have not been accurate considering and that it retains coming decrease back and their medical doctors merely save throwing steroids at them appearing like which will sparkling up their problem . So what's quite occurring ?

If you don't have a paper bag you have to have something at your house you can breathe in to. It sounds like you are hyperventilating and the cure to that is breathing into a bag to get some oxygen!! Try to sit in a dark room and relax. Concentrate on taking deep breaths in through your nose and out your mouth. Just relax! if it doesn't resolve soon then you may need to be seen in the er.

This is a very typical presentation of an anxiety attack. Hyperventilation causes you to simply breathe too much, causing you to exhale too much carbon dioxide which then throws off the acid/base balance in your blood, which then causes other issues, like dizziness, even loss of conscientiousness.

Its not an uncommon disorder. You might benefit from a mild anti-anxiety medication like ativan. Visit your physician and discuss your options.
