How report fraud to UK consulate?

I am being emailed about winning 9 mil. pounds, sterling.

We have ALL had that email. Delete it and get on with your life.

Don't bother, they themselves receive loads of such scam every day. just block the address and do not attempt even to answer them, as you would open a door for them to get into your pc.

There is very little they or you can do, as any attempt to reply will not yield results, but only give them a chance to get into your pc.
