You probably are dehydrated. You need to drink plenty of water on a "CONSTANT" bases. You can't just drink enough water one day and expect to feel better. Also, you need to make sure you are getting all the right nutrient intakes. Like Fruits, Whole Grain, Veggies, red meat, and etc. You should only intake certain amounts of each food group daily. My guess would be irregular sleep habits and unhealthy eating habits are probably your problems.

Get urself checked for diabetes. If u r not diabetic, probably u r active enough.

Eat only when hungry. Eat only nutritious and not junk. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in ur meals. Do not take more than three meals a day unless diabetic. Nothing in between except water. It will help u to contain ur craving for if u chew each morsel of food 32 times. It will also help ur brain to generate a signal that u have had enough.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly. These practices will help u to attain ideal weight within a reasonable time span.

Hi
Follow strict dieting. I am not telling you to take less amount of food, take food but take balanced food. Do exercise everyday and go for brisk walking everyday. Could be related to a hormone imbalance such as with the thyroid. I would recommend talking to your dr to have this checked out.
