Do you want just one verse? Here's a passage, James 1:6-8. If you only want one verse, v.8 looks pretty good to me.

"6 But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.
7 For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord.
8 A double minded man is unstable in all his ways."

May I submit this: James 1 verses 5-8

If any of you is deficient in wisdom, let him ask of the giving God, who gives to everyone liberally and ungrudgingly, without reproaching or faultfinding,, an it will be given him. Only it must be in faith that he asks with no wavering, no doubting. For the one who wavers and doubts is like the billowing surge out at sea that is blown to and fro and tossed by the wind. For truly, let not such a person imagine that he will receive anything he asks for from the Lord. For being as he is, a man of two minds, hesitating, dubious, irresolute, he is unstable and unreliable, and uncertain about everything he thinks, feels, and decides.

1 Kings 20:40 And as thy servant was busy here and there, he was gone. And the king of Israel said unto him, So shall thy judgment be; thyself hast decided it.

That is the only verse in the whole bible that has the word decided in it (KJV)... so unless your not being specific enough, or using another bible, you may want to add a litt more

I checked the NIV Bible and the New Readers' Bible on http://www.biblegate.com without luck. They have lots of other versions so go to that site.

"Thus saith the Lord, thy doom is sealed. Thy brain will melt, at my fire-doom apocalypse."

I think that verse is written in the book of Lamentations.
