These 3 guys at the shops kept staring at me. They were in a quee and whenever i looked at them one of them was looking at me. About 3 days later i saw the same guy at the same shops and once again he kept looking at me when he could see me. The next day i went to school and the same 3 guys that i saw the 1st time at the shops are at my school. One of them saw me and said something to his friends, then his friends turned around and looked at me. After this ... one guy lets call him A, always looked at me when i walked past him. He kept looking at me for about 3 weeks. On the 4th week he stopped looking at me as much. Before school started he wouldnt try to see me where i was sitting when usually he did. Then A was with his friends and pointed at me, i saw him pont and then he sorta moved out of my vision - like he was hiding because he saw that i noticed he pointed at me. Do you think he liked me but doesnt anymore, or do you think he still does, or do you think he never liked me???

if you never said anything or implied that you were interested in any of them they may think your following them. it sounds like you're saying that you're noticing they are looking at you because you seem to be looking at them.
its been 3 weeks? let it go. next time, if you like someone, smile..wave...give a hint alot earlier. dont be afraid of rejection...its part of life that not everyone will be interested in you but if its love you want, just be subtle with a reaction.
encourage him with your smile. the worst they will think is that you're a nice person in a good mood.

you were probably "eye candy" and he was afraid to talk to you. but after a few weeks he probably thinks that you arent interested anyway so he stopped looking for you and found some new "eye candy" hes afraid to talk to.
if you like him, go talk to him before its too late.

sounds to me like there a little fruity walk up to them the next time there gocking at you and ask them if they have a problem

i think he likes you...but is too shy to tell you that
therefore he is trying to forget you or making a plan to be with or he is just waiting the right moment to tell you he likes you
