If we gave tickets for not paying attention...about 5% of the population would have a drivers license.

I disagree with this. The reason, some people are so impatient that the SECOND the light turns green, they are already beeping. It takes a couple of seconds to release your foot off the brake and onto the accelerator.

Although there are some people who are totally oblivious and I'll beep my horn lightly after about 5 seconds or so. There are other issues that are more important issues on the road than individuals having a pet peeve and not being patient enough.

I don't think they have those. I do know that they make license plate frames that you pre-program messages into. You press the number sequence on the remote and the programmed message is displayed on your license plate frame. I have one and use frases such as, "Learn to Drive", "Got Blinkers Asshole?" and "Reached gold yet?".

Unfortunately there is no such offense. I wish there was cause a lot of people would be paying more attention.

good idea then a camera for the idiots who do not indicate correctly when leaving a roundabout. ( I think we motorists are harrased enough im joking)
