Sleep reduces ur metabolic rate. Activity increases.

Eat only when hungry. Eat only nutritious and not junk. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in ur meals. Do not take more than three meals a day unless diabetic. Nothing in between except water. It will help u to contain ur craving for if u chew each morsel of food 32 times. It will also help ur brain to generate a signal that u have had enough.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly. These practices will help u to attain ideal weight within a reasonable time span.

Too much or too little sleep doesn't give good results. How much is too much or too little? Let your body guide you. Sleep as much as your body needs, no more and no less. Don't lie in bed after waking and don't force yourself by using alarm clock etc. Losing weight can be achieved through other means.

you don't need to lose like 10 pounds. You need to like stop being so concerned with being stuck thin and just be focus on eating correctly and getting some exercise at least once per day...common sense stuff
