I'm not sure any such list exists. Here's just a total number of troops involved 1990-1991:
US: 540,000
Britain: 45,000
Saudi Arabia: 40,000
Egypt: 35,000
Syria: 20,000
Kuwait: 7000
Bahrain: 3000
Morocco: 2000
All other countries combined: 10,000
A total of 34 countries contributed military personnel.
(Notice that the dates include "Operation Desert Shield" (1990) and "Operation Desert Storm" (1991).
If you're looking for someone in particular, you almost have to go through their military record to find evidence of assignment.

That information is not available. Like someone previously said you could find out what units and that is about it. No government agency would give you that information.
