You'll probably need to go to the store--possibly you might have some of these items in the house:
1. MELATONIN - a supplement for sleep, found in the vitamin aisle of mostly all stores. It helps even those with jetlag, and those working rotating shifts to sleep.
2- LAVENDER - candles, incense, body wash, shampoo, air freshener, etc. Lavender is quite relaxing, and helps many people to sleep.
3- MEDITATION - If you don't know how, get a book from the library. Meditation clears the mind, to make it easier to sleep.
4- CHAMOMILE TEA/SLEEPYTIME TEA - Each is relaxing, and does aid in relaxation and sleep.
5- A WARM BATH - about 1 hour before you plan to sleep
6- WARM MILK - about 1/2 hour before you plan to sleep
7- GET PLENTY OF FRESH AIR & EXERCISE IN THE DAYTIME--this should help you to be more tired at night (if done regularly, especially).
8- NO CAFFEINE AFTER LUNCH TIME!!!
9- NO LARGE QUANTITY OF FOOD AFTER 5 or 6PM
The more of these things that you are able to do on a continuous basis, the more often you will get into a good sleeping habit. Good luck!

A nice hot shower just before bed time. Also make sure that your room is nice and dark and that you wont have annoying brothers or sisters or parents for that matter waking you up by being noisy.
