ill say the tuna because fish can cause hives , but it all depends u might be allergic to onion

Was there anything else on the sandwich? If you had mayo it might have been eggs. It might have been soap to wash your hand, clothes, or hair. Or something else.
But to really know for sure you can set up a skin test with your doctor to see if allergies are present.
