I have been seeing this gentleman since July of last year, he tells that he loves me and even had me meet his family. It just seems like he's preoccupied in his mental state or something. There is no other woman. Do I think that he really loves me, I don't know. I only want to know one thing, what does confused really mean to him? This is the second time he has answered my question with the word confused. Please help me figure this guy out!

It sounds to me like he doesn't know what he wants. Confused
about what. You love someone or you don't. You want to be
together or you don't. Men often fear things like committment, and marriage, and being honest about their feelings. But I do
know one thing forsure. When you meet the right guy for you,
he will not be confused. It will be clear to you both where you
stand. A good relationship does not leave the other one
guessing. You are certain. Think about that.

Confused means he is not ready to commit. Take some time off and let him miss you. See if you can clear up some of that confusion.
