It takes time to see results I suggest you only weigh yourself once a week, but not rely too much. I suppose an effective way to know for sure is to go by inches lost. I can't really tell why your not losing it. but check:
1. Diet - you need a calorie deficit but dont go too low.
2. Excercise - a good excercise is 30 - 45 minutes.

My mom actually found this great solution to loosing weight and she's going to try it cause her friends are taking it and loosing weight. it's a pill called Calogel and they have 2 weight loss kinds, they have the "night time" and "day time" pills you take just before bed and/or when you first wake up, they also have other solutions as well.
