Plastic surgery. Stretch marks occur when you grow faster than your skin can stretch. It's the tissue beneath the skin that causes it. Think of it like pizza dough. If you stretch it too fast, you get holes. No topical stuff can get rid of it.
Pregnant women use cocoa butter on their bellies because it's a good moisturizer. The more moisture, the more elastic the skin becomes, which helps prevent stretch marks.
If you have dark marks, tanning may help. If you have light marks, there's really no way to conceal it. Weight loss may be an option depending on how you got the stretch marks.

If the stretch marks are still pink/red you may still have time to cause a change. Microdermabrasion on the area (quite heavy, as to deeply peel and bring circulation to the surface). However I have experienced most of my clients need at least 12 treatments (costly!) and need to back it up with peptide + AHA skincare at home on the area (similar but better than strivectin). For white marks, theres not much you can really do. Some respond well to peeling (e.g. TCA, jessner peel) but generally they are at a too later stage.

Strech marks are Medically known as "striae gravidarum", stretch marks are caused by excessive stretching of the skin.
Pregnancy, rapid weight gain or loss and puberty, are the usual causes of stretch marks. Almost half of all expectant women and many teenagers will acquire this condition

I find that moisturising twice a day really does work, it also gets rid of scars but you have to have a good moisteriser, and remember twice a day for a couple of weeks

No, but they're basically scars, so you can fade them using methods that fade scars. Maderma or scar zone are available at a drug store.
