Anti viruses can not remove this !!what do i do???

Run Norton anti virus if you have it. Otherwise, good luck...
Put some good padding on your behind...

Run Linux live CD/DVD (like knoppix),
Insert USB drive,
Open Gparted,
Select sdb? (your removable drive)
Wipe MBR, Disk info,
Partition and format FAT 32 (),
Shutdown... Remove key... reboot....
Install AVG antivirus, scan, then insert USB key.
