If you love science, excelling in school, helping others, science, mathematics, then yes, you should give it a go. Don't listen to the negative people who tell you no. The people who will tell you not to strive for achievement are usually failures themselves. Do it anyway and show them their own ignorance.

blah blah blah, everybody wants to be a "doctor" medical, and what do you mean by study, you can major in anything as pre-med and just take a few science courses.
when I's in ivy college everybody pre-med pre-med, then do bad in science they no longer want to be pre-med LOL, like they have a choice, they become liberal art majors, but as is, can major in anything as "pre-med", now "pre-law" that is funny what the blank is that, and why do you even NEED any undergraduate hours for "law" school LOL, kid (Bush's Boy Friday) ( on Inside Edition), Bush got him directly into Harvard Business School MBA program with no undergraduate degree or hours, how can be a Master's of Business Administration if don't even have a Bachelor's, what Master's degree can u get w/out a Bachelor's, jeez if they can do that then why the heck not med school or law school where undergraduate even less applicable, undergraduate garp just a scam to make money and impede low-income kids by making "drawn-out"

YES! Why? Because you love it. And, if you have financial problem about it, try applying scholarship grants.
