Yes, this could be dangerous. Could be indicators of a circulatory problem. Pls get in touch with your dr to have this checked out.

If your palms and feet have a tendency to sweat then they will be cold specially if your surrounding are cold and if you are living or working in air conditioned room,It may be dangerous if you are trying to hammer a nail and the hammer flies off cause your hands are slippery.
