I'm assuming 20lbs. weights are light for you, if that is the case, you can't really build a stronger chest, just define it. To build strength you need heavy weight that causes you to work hard. Anyway, if you want to work your chest, you can either:

1) Lay down on a bench with a dumbell in each hand. With dumbells in hand, push towards the ceiling, then bring them back down next to your ribs (right hand, right ribcage, left hand, left ribcage.) Do that lots until you literally can't do any more. You'll be sore the next day, which means it's working.

2) Lay down on the bench with a dumbell in each hand. Hold your arms straight out to your sides, then swing them up above you until the dumbells are almost touching, keeping your elbows straightened out. When you're bringing the weights back down to your sides (straight out), do it slowly to make your muscle work.

Remember, when your muscles are actually working (hard) that's when you are building muscle, or sculpting muscle.

You can't with 20 lbs., you need more weight, the heaviest you can lift. Thats the only way to get bigger, thats to rip the muscle. I would take the 20lb weights you got, lie them on the floor and grab them and do push ups. That way your actually lifting your body weight instead of just 40 lbs. Once you get heavier wieghts there are a whole bunch of different exercise u you can do from dumb bell presses, to flys, to incline and decline presses, different angles of the habd and all that.
