Ok. I figured out that the proper name for the mysql client is mysqld.
I opened it, it opens up to something command-prompt esque, but I can't type nothing in, it won't allow me, and the window closes in like 15 secs, and I can't even open the window if the checkmark isn't checked in xampp control panel. I want to be able to use this window. If I can use this window, you will have completely solved my problems and I will be so grateful to you.

Viola, in this case you might want to rephrase it to state, "drugs IS bad, mmmmmkay" Lackluster english might be the only way to get through to this kid, judging by the wording of his quesiton. Poor fella!!
