It's now well established that George W. Bush never showed up for National Guard duty for a period of approximately one year, possibly more, in 1972-1973. Despite all the talk about "honor and dignity," President Bush has apparently flushed his down the toilet. President Bush went AWOL!! Cheney himself also received 5 deferments! Both of these men are “Chicken Hawks.”

I would have to agree with the record, except Bush was "transferred" to a base in Alabama so he could work on a campaign as an aide for a Republican who ran for a congressional seat. (He lost). Since his Daddy was CIA Director he pulled springs so the Boy could go receive some early training in politics. Most of Bush's pay records were missing during that span of time, which led others to conclude he had went AWOL. The thing that gets me is why was he got paid for being a pilot in the Texas Air National Guard while "training" in Alabama? As for Cheney, he only had 3 student deferments, not 5. Either way, it's amazing the way they authorized the GOP to attack John Kerry's illustrious war record while not defending their lack of one. "Chicken Hawk" might not be a proper phrase after all. I'd change it to "Chicken S**t".

Just how dumb can you possibly be?

Bush and Cheney are among the last politicans in Washington willing to stick their necks out and prosecute the war on terror without apology.

Does that sound like a "chicken hawk" to you?

Well known??? wow, pretty "liberal" use of the phrase considering the reports were based on fraudulent documents. But I guess that goes back to the liberal idea that if you repeat a lie enough times it will become a truth.

But let me ask you this, when and where have you served?
