I just had a baby back in december and now i'm ready to lose all this weight after having 3 (yes count 'em 1 2 3)kids within the last 5 years. What is the best diet to go on if you like certain foods such as CHEESE and CHEESECAKE. I would like to cut out some of the carbs, starches, and fats in my diet. Can anyone lead me in the right direction?

My mom actually found this great solution to loosing weight and she's going to try it cause her friends are taking it and loosing weight. it's a pill called Calogel and they have 2 weight loss kinds, they have the "night time" and "day time" pills you take just before bed and/or when you first wake up, they also have other solutions as well.

Sounds like you just need to avoid Hot Dogs! Just say NO!

Honestly, your Hospital's Dietician would be helpful and chances are they have a program for New Moms that work out together and Diet together.

I wouldn't fly it on my own if I were you as obviously your body is healing and still adjusting after Birth so you don't want to upset the balance of anything especially if Nursing.

I agree with the other post, a Dietician is your best starting point and maybe joining Weight Watchers locally for a good suport group may be a great uplifter for you.

Good Luck! Your 3 Munchkins will sure keep you busy enough to burn up some calories too!

dairy products actually help control fat, unless you eat way too much of it. the calcium helps the diet part. Anyways, i lost a lot of weight by just walking. then i started jogging, then running. i set it to a week to adjust. every week, just challenge yourself to do more, walk,jog,run. I started with 1 mile a day, to 3 miles a day. I also exercised at nite so people wouldn't see my big **** jiggle when i run. LOLOLOL. after i lost some weight i had a flat chest, and i started running a little earlier with still some daylight. It took me about a month and a half to lose 60 lbs and about 4 inches off my fat gut and man boobs. lololol. i also went on a diet, i drank nothing but green tea and water. i ate smaller portions of what I normally eat, i didn't exclude and of the foods i loved, I just ran an extra mile to burn it off. also when your running and your legs hurt and they're burning, then that is good. i just kept telling myself that i was burnin the fat! lol. it worked, i was sexay in like 3 months. it should work for you, but i am a man so i don't know how it will work for a woman. but u should try it.

pick up a 5 or 10 pound weight at the gym and visualize that weight coming off holding the weight in your hands helps bring home just how heavy even 5 pounds of extra fat can be

I love everything with Cheese in it's name!lol. Try this: Have a large glass of water BEFORE every meal. Then start every meal with either a salad or some fruit. Then eat your quesadillas- I promise you, you'll enjoy them just as much, but you'll eat fewer of them. I have four kids, and this one keeps my weight somewhat reasonable (130 on a 5'4 frame) even with my cheesy diet. Good luck! Now I'm going to go make myself a grilled cheese sandwich!

exercise everyday like jogging around the block
skip meals. dont eat until your're full
eat fruits at night if your hungry.
drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

I lost a stone and a half on a diet from A1diet. My wife also lost all her baby fat and looks great now.
