i was a vegetarian for a year and a half and i started getting really bad headaches and losing hair because i wasnt getting enough protein so i started eating chicken atleast once a week. i really dont like meat and its a chore, but it really calms my headaches. plus i started talking a protein supplement. maybe you should try eating some fish & beans.

You need some leafy greens. You're eating a lot of carbs and not enough veggies or fruits. It's never a good idea to skip a meal and if it causes you to be so starved at dinner you eat that huge amount that's one reason why you should't skip meals. You really need to start the day with some protein. Cheese, beans, tofu, ricotta etc. Tofu scramble makes a yummy breakfast and it's easy. It also makes enough for 2 breakfasts so you only have to cook once. Your after dinner snack would be better to be fruit or ricotta with fruit or corn nuts. It's not very well balanced right now and you're not getting all the vitamins you need. Where are the yellow (or colored) veggies? Squash, yams (which are excellent for you and have fiber as well) wax beans, beets, carrots etc. You should at least be taking a good multi vitamin. Some walking would also help keep your heart healthy without being a boring workout. And where's the fish? You need some things from fish that you're not getting and it's a good protein.

you need a litle more nutrition in your diet. Try to eat or protine, vitamins, and calcium. Don't try to get your calcium from dairy products because animal calcium extracts human calcium. So if you want to eat dairy just have about a serving a day.

You'll live, but you're body goes into permanent survival mode. You have no energy, and your body eats off all of your fat and muscle. Human beings are supposed to eat a 60% plant 40% meat diet, ask a nutritionist. The way that I look at it, if we've been doing it for the last million years, it can't be wrong.

its horridly unbalanced, you are going to kill yourself, you are eating no protien and all that starch, replace some of that with green and yellow veggies and raw fruit, good god you are going to do real harm to yourself, you need protien too, you cut out all the good stuff and are eating so many carbs. if you drink milk then you can replace the corn or diet biscuits with cottage cheese. low fat, with fruit or tomatoes. that would help a lot, and potatoes should be replaced with green beans or broccoli or carrots,
