On history channel tonight, the search for books and the bible having the end times prophecies was the subject, I know myself well enough to know that I can do the same as they did. Shown below: Bible times repeats for accuracy and so does prophecy. I can prove to myself the events of today are proving Bible prophecy.

I also know bible. I know you have some points to prove bible prophesy. But I feel its just common sense, or can tell it is a good guess. For example, as per Bible, the world is going through its end of days. But why was it not talked about so much some 300 years back? When they wrote the Bible, they thought these are the signs which will prove that the world is not going in teh right direction. So if at all, there is going to be a phase, then people should become careful and desciplined ( or religious). I can also hypothesise, about what technology can do 100 years form now and the probability is it will become true. I can also say , th eworld would'nt see the year 3000. Its so easy.

When Christ was on the Cross, and He said"my God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?"
people think that God was praying, but He was not. He was quoting Psalms 22, which was written a thousand years before the crucifiction; Christ was telling you that He was fulfilling prophecy at that moment. Psalms 22 tells of the entire event, including what the people around the Cross were doing, etc.

The Bible states that the last generation of this age will be the one where Judah would return to her original lands (Judea) and become a Nation there. That happened on May 15, 1948.
We know we are in the end generation, but we do not know the length of time a generation is to God.

Every other religions too, like your own bible proved their prophesies were true and it really did happen and what your bible says are not different from what the other religions says. Even the Muslims claim and can prove to everyone what their book says is true. What's the point trying to prove to the world what your out of date book says about the world anyway? Its just an old compilation of different writers who contradict their own teacher's teachings. In fact, even Jesus himself contradicts his own depiction of God through his own teachings!

Here are some examples:
Love is patient, love is kind, it does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud, it is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs (1 Cor 13:4-5).

We are told that love does not envy. Envy is, of course, very similar to jealousy and God often describes himself as fiercely jealous. He says:

For the Lord your God is a devouring fire, a jealous God (Deut 4:24).

We are told that love does not boast and is not proud. Is God like this? Certainly the Bible does not give us the impression that God is modest and retiring. God spends a lot of time telling Job how great he is (Job 40:41) and ends by boasting of himself that:

He looks down on all that are haughty, he is king over all that are proud (Job 41:34).

Next we are told that love is not easily angered. We have already seen that God is very easily angered.

Serve the Lord with fear and trembling, kiss his feet or else he will get angry and you will perish in the way, for his wrath is quickly kindled (Ps 2:11).

Finally, we are told that love does not keep a record of wrongs that are done; that is, love soon forgives and forgets. Does God keep a record of wrongs that are done? God tells us that he will punish the children, grandchildren and even great-grandchildren of those who sin (Deut 5:9). In order to do this, he must keep a record of the wrongs that have been committed and long remember them.

Jesus tells us that God will never forgive those who insult the Holy Ghost (Lk 12:10).

We are told that God casts sinners and non-believers into eternal hell. In other words, he refuses to ever forgive them. In short, he keeps a record for eternity of the wrongs which have been done.

Quite clearly, God does not exhibit the highest type of love.

Can you prove to a Muslim, a Jew, a Hindu, or some other God based believers their god is a fake and only your god is true? Can you prove to them that your bible is the only truth, whereas theirs is not? Even them too, can prove that your Christian bible is a fake! They are claiming monopoly over truth too!

If your bible proves 'everything' is true, and your God is one angry one... I wouldn't want to put my faith in such a God, no way.

No, I wouldn't. And no, you can't, until you manage to correctly predict something (and I mean dates, times, locations, names, and details, not 'hurricane of the gulf coast this year' or 'earthquake in california' or 'someone famous dies').
