I just found my 2005 w-2 after coming back from school. I didn't even think I had any income for that year because I quit the job on 12/29/04 but box one of my w-2 says I made 872.60. Does anyone know how I can just e-file this for free?

You can't e-file a prior year return. You MUST file a paper return and mail it in. You can download the 2004 tax year forms from the IRS website.
