Drink LOTS of water!! I mean lots of water. There is also stuff you can buy at headshops but I dont know what its called. Sorry!!

You can get someone who is clean's urine, Try to keep in the same sex as yourself though, and not a preggo'd lady ;) Otherwise don't smoke pot for like 3 months.

GNC sells something called clean out or something to that effect. but today many employers test for the clean out and is considered a positive test. the best way to pass is to not do it
