Suicide bombers are not martyrs.

Jihadists today invoke the Quran to justify the worst terrorist crimes. Throat slitting of infidels is mentioned in the Quran. Al-Mawardi (d. 1058), the prominent 11th century jurist quoted this verse, specifically, « When you encounter those who deny (the Truth) then strike (their) necks. » (Quran 47 :4), in his learned discussion of jihad. This ritual execution is also mentioned in other Muslim legal texts and in narratives of Christian and prominent Muslim historians. Today it is performed against infidels and recorded on videotape for the edification of Muslim audiences.
When the average pious Muslim reads a verse like 2:132 (“And this was the legacy that Abraham left to his sons, and so did Jacob; ‘Oh my sons! Allah hath chosen the Faith for you; then die not except in the Faith of Islam’”) or 3:67 (“Abraham was not a Jew nor yet a Christian; but he was true in Faith, and bowed his will to Allah’ (which is Islam), and he joined not gods with Allah”), he understands what so many imams tell him: that the true Jews and Christians of today are the Muslims, and the people who go by those names are renegades and rebels against God.
This is of course nonsense.

They are dying for a greater cause than for just themselves. This also depends on the side that you are on. In the Middle East this can be considered a marty while Americans see this as just plain stupid. If you think of it on the flip side what are the U.S.'s Special Ops teams. To use they are just a military force that is highly trained. To the side that is attacked they are terrorists. Terrorist are just people who commit terror on others.

They are simply murderers; people who have been brain-washed into doing something by someone who would never even consider doing it themself. They allow themselves to be fooled into being used by believing the lies they're fed.

depending on their intentions...by the way i dont have answers for your question (coz its up to God to evaluate one's action in the world)...but come to think of it, we dont really know who are the bombers. maybe she was a mother whose husband and sons were killed or imprison by BUSHes army or a little brother whose sisters and mom was raped and killed by one of the soldiers and lost his father and brother as well. we just never know. the american news never reported that..

I seriously dont know. someone who is faced with the decision to die for his faith or reject his faith and chooses to die for his faith is a martyr.
