In Peru concha su madre means your mother's vagina. It's a pretty insulting phrase unless your close with someone and depending on tone of voice. If you're in the region then you're better off not saying sh*t.

It's different than "chinga tu madre", which it's used in Mexico, although the use is similar.
It's actually "concha de tu madre" which literally means your mother's vagina, but it's used as an insult to a person, like "mother f****r!". It's used in South America (Argentina, Chile and some other countries).
PS: Actually, "concha" means vagina as slang in those countries (not everywhere). The real meaning of the word is sea shell. In Spain it's even a female name - It's used as a short name for women called Concepción, I think. In Argentina, instead, to call somebody like that would be inappropriate...
It's funny - And it happens with several words that have different meanings depending on the Spanish-speaking country.
