That is your 1st cousin. That is incest.
In the U.S. incest is illegal.
Also, it is not healthy if you were to have children.
To tell the truth incest causes mental health problems as well.
It's gross and not socially acceptable.
Cut ties with her and look for someone outside your family to marry.

In most states the answer is no. In some countries/states it is legal.
Notes from FAQ Farmers:
There are bible verses that describe exactly who not to marry. Leviticus 18: 6-19 If you are a Christian, then these are reason enough. Read the above Biblical verses, and they state how distant a relative should be before considering marriage. If you you do marry your cousin and have children, the possibility for a birth or genetic defect will increase; nevertheless, according to a scientific report, the overall risks are still fairly low.
In the UK it is currently legal, though there's a chance this could be changed due to how common it is within certain minority communities. However, the increase in risk of birth deformities is really tiny unless the same thing happens repeatedly (i.e. you marry your cousin and then your children marry their cousins, etc): the more times it happens within the same family, the risk will probably increase, but if it's only done once, these risks are much smaller than commonly believed.
Actually it is not true at all that cousins who have children will have "retarded" children. That is a very American sterotype and for centuries in all other countries it was preferred that cousins marry as to keep families close and to keep money within a family. Having retarded kids is a total myth and ignorant American ideology.
Actually, if there are any kind of genetic disorders in your family, even many generations ago, you have a good chance of passing that on if you have a child with your first cousin. Most of the boys in European royal families died from hemophilia because of inbreeding.
Whether it is "right" would be a personal issue and should not be subjected to other people's moral or ethical interpretations. The legal issue is a different matter, there are those states which have specific laws pertaining to such relationships. W/O knowing the state of residency a more specific answer is not possible.

Your mothers sister is your aunt. Your aunts daughter is your cousin.
In America she is considered a close relative.
I don't know if it is illegal. I probably is in some states.
My cousin married her cousin. They had two children with no ill effects. They now have grandchildren.
The doctor told them their children will have twice the chance of inheriting their traits. Like if they had bad eyes, then their children would double the chances of bad eyes. etc. etc.
When they married they ran away to be married. They were both of legal age and didn't divulge the fact that they were cousins.
They are in their 70's now and they are living happily ever after.
I also have some life long friends that were married the same year my husband and I were married. Ten years after they were married, they went to a family reunion and found out they were related. They have five children.
I don't know how your family will except your marriage.
You need to be sure of your love and sit down with your parents.
I don't know what country you live in.
You are really in a dilemma. I wish the best for you both and pray for your happiness, no matter how it turns out.

In the United States, many states do allow first cousins to marry. (http://marriage.about.com/cs/marriagelic...
But, it is usually frowned upon by society in general. I know that I wouldn't want to marry a relative, much less a first cousin.
Albert Einstein married his first cousin. And so did Charles Darwin, who had exceptional children.
First cousins face lower risk of having children with genetic conditions than is widely perceived.(http://www.washington.edu/newsroom/news/...
As for a Hindu marriage:
Two persons are said to be within the degrees of prohibited relationships:
If one is a lineal ascendant of the other. For example a Daughter can not marry her father and grandfather. Similarly, a mother can not marry her son or grandson.
If one was the wife or husband of a lineal ascendant or descendant of the other. For example, a son can not marry his stepmother. Similarly, a person can not marry his Daughter-in -Law or son -in-law.
If one was the wife of the brother or of the father's or mother's brother or the grandfather's or grandmother's brother of the other.
If the two are brother and sister; uncle and niece; Aunt and Nephew or children of brother and sister of two brothers or two sisters. It must have been noticed in some communities the marriage with the wife of the brother and mother's brother and the first cousins are solemnized, those marriages, in the absence of a custom in the community are not valid marriages.
(e) The parties are not apindas of each other, unless the customs or usage governing each of them permits of a marriage between the two. A apindas relationship with reference to any person extends as far as the third generation (inclusive) in the line of ascent through the mother, and the fifth (inclusive) in the line of ascent through the father.
In plain words, a person can not marry up to his second cousin from the mother's side and up to his fourth cousin from the side of the father. It is also necessary the parties should not be apindas of each other from either side.
In case, either party has a spouse living at the time of marriage, within the degree of prohibited relationship and are apindas of each other, the marriage between the parties shall be null and void. (http://www.helplinelaw.com/docs/main.php...
Best luck to you.

It is only legal in some places. If it's not legal where you are you could travel to the closest place where it is. The children would most likely turn out fine.

Umm depends where you are when you get maried. Also it would not be a good idea to have kids because its a big chance that they may come out deformed or something like that. But good luck.
