bofore when i was a non believer, i'm an adick...i'm a heavy drinker, a smoker, i smoke pots...
but since came to know christ.....Christ change my life.....Christ totaly change my life and my attitude.....
but now i'm a backslide christian....wapack!!!!!

cDge, The Word is near you even in your mouth and in your heart, that is The Word of faith that we speak...Draw near to God and He will draw near to you....Trust in The Lord with all your heart, lean not to your own understanding, in all your ways acknowledge Him and He shall direct your path. cDge, turn on a Christian call-in prayer and counseling talk line on the radio, they have them at night and day. Go on line, look for Christian rehab ranches,or centers,or homes. Find a strong Spirit filled Word speaking fellowship. Buy The Bible on tapes or CDs NIV dramatized version is great! Play them all day and night, inter change with praise&worship music, the more you change your thoughts, the more your desires will shift with God, once your desires shift, your actions will begin to follow. That's why The Bible says, Put on The new man created in Christ Jesus. And renew your mind to The Word of truth. ...and, SET your mind on things above and not on things below.....Finally my brothers, whatsoever is true, noble,right,pure,lovely, whatsoever is admirable--if anything is excellent or praiseworthy- think about such things. Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in Me put into practice. And The God of peace will be with you....The lord knows the depth of your addictions and will deliver you, take small steps of faith, every small step(decision) you follow through with, like reading The Bible, Going somewhere to find Spirit filled believers to be accountable to, your heavenly Father will enlarge your footsteps under you, that is increase the distance they would normally take you. Suddenly, what should have taken a year happens in a few months! If you mess up, confess it, repent(change your mind and direction) and start again, determine to keep coming no matter what. Begin to tell yourself," I'm blessed and highly favored!' I'm ,blessed and highly favored!", especially when your tempted, speak it pout loud and deliberately. Then call or go to a strong stable believers over house, do something that moves your mind,heart, and body toward something of God. Just start, Father I ask that at this moment you send your Word and begin healing as we speak, you are faithful even when we're not. And your tender mercies are new and fresh every morning! Send your Word and supernaturally, heal, deliver, and set free and deliver from every binding addictive spirit. Father you said whoever calls upon The name of The Lord shall be saved(nothing missing, nothing broken) Thank you precious Father for a new beginning for my friend.In The name of Yeshua (Jesus The Messiah) amen! Now go read, Hebrews chapter 11, and the book of, John to renew your mind with who your Father is, and His everlasting love for you. Remember, feed your spirit man, and you will begin to starve your flesh. The longer you do,e the less of a hold the drugs and other addictions will have on you, they will grow weaker and weaker. Titus says; And Christ(The anointed One ) has appeared, teaching us to say no to sin! So allow The Day Star to appear, shining brilliantly in the spirit of your mind, and illumination your heart with nourishing Word of Life. Begin now...don't give up...keep comin forward into Him,. If you truly repented of your sins and accepted Jesus Christ as your Saviour, then why is it you want to go back when you can never leave in the first place.
So you sinned again. Guess what? All God children sin everyday. Do you think God forgets you when you do this? No, He doesn't. He does not like it one bit and He waits for you to ask forgiveness again so He can bring you close to Him again.
That is all that is necessary. Tell Him how you messed up and ask Him to forgive you. Tell Him how weak you are and that you need to have some of His strenght to follow after His Son Jesus Christ.
There is nothing on Earth or in Heaven that can separate you from God once you have been re-created by accepting Jesus Christ.
The key is this. Have you accepted Jesus Christ as Lord? Have you made a change in your life and started on the path that Christ walked? Use the Key.<><

God is your Father. I too am a former backslider and all you have to do is to truly repent (ask God to forgive you ) for all of your sins and everything that you have done, while being backslidden and the Bible says that He is faithful to forgive us and heal us.
Read the story in the Bible about the prodigal son. It is a beautiful story about a son getting off track and then returning home to His Father.
God does us the same way. He loves when a backslidden child returns home to Him.
Also do not let the devil keep condemning you by bringing up your past. Tell him it is all forgiven and I am moving forward!

Go to your church, go down to the front come the invitation and tell the pastor and God that you want to rededucate your life to God.
Be honist and sensor, with a true desire for God to take back over your life.
But remember being a backslider does not mean that you are not a child of God.

We just have to get down on our knees and confess it to the Lord, humble ourselves and pray, turn away from our sins, which is to repent and receive God's forgiveness, and start all over again at the foot of the cross. The reason it gets worse is like what Jesus said about cleaning house. You kick out the demons, but then when you let him back in again, he brings several more friends with him. Each time you slide back, you are making it more comfortable for your sinful behavior. We are to put to death the old man in us, and live the new life of the spirit.

God always forgives, If you ask in Jesus name to for give you He will forgive you. The moment you ask for forgivenes He forgives you and totaly forgets what you have done. The reason why you are worse than before is when you fall back your demons come back seven times more it says in the bible, but God is a meraculous God and forgives you and can release all sin from you just pray with belief and faith.

The realization that you have moved away from God is your first step back to Him. All you have to do is talk to Him and tell Him you need Him more than ever. One of the hardest things we have to do is listen to Him when He speaks to us. Let Him into your mind and go with your gut instinct because I think that instinct is His way of guiding us. Don't be so hard on yourself because not one of us is perfect and He knows that and loves us anyway. Every morning I start my day with a prayer that He keeps me safe from evil, harm and destruction. I ask Him to help me show compassion, understanding, forgiveness and kindness to everyone I see today and help me to help someone if I can, and let these things be extended to me also. I ask these things through Jesus Christ, Your Son our Lord. Amen. No matter what you do just remember He loves you now and always will. I will pray for you with confidence that He will always be with you and give you peace. God be with you always.

You must realize that God is always with you through the spirit of jesus christ. He will give you strenght to overcome. Jesus Christ links you to the power of the God of the universe.Try telling people that you are going o stop doing wrong, tell everyone that you are dependent on Jesus Christ. Stop shaking every one hand. Tell people that you love your life. Let God change you be ready to do whatever Jesus DIRECTS>

You are not worse than ever, you have the right now to call upon Jesus to partition the Father for your forgiveness. You can now call upon the Holy Spirit to carry your grief for your sins to the Father and you can know that Father God will for give and Jesus will cover your sins with His blood, in fact He already has so now you just move under that cover and forgive yourself. You can then say, It is well with my soul.

Is it Christ you trust in, or yourself? Why do you seek your own pleasures?
Christ makes his requirements very clear.
Romans 6:23
"For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."
John 3:16
"For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him will not parish, but have eternal life."
The punishment for speeding in a school zone is a hefty fine. But we have a father that's so loving that he paid that price, no matter how badly it cost him, so we could be with him after the trial. You're living the trial. Have you accepted Jesus' death to be the payment for your sins? If not, then you have to pay it with your own life. If you have, then you'll show God that you love Him for what He's done by not damaging your body with alcohol, cigarettes, pot, whatever.
