At about 1 hour train distance from Rome there are only 2 cities
(Frosinone and Tivoli). Since Frosinone is not too interesting for tourists I guess you mean Tivoli where on the contrary there are several tourist spots worthy with a visit.

Just a bit more than one hour, there is Florence, which is worth to pay a month visit ....... In the other direction Naples, which is worth to pay another month visit. After the month you spent in Rome, remember that your visa is going to be expired....

It could be Venice.
Then again, depending which direction the train takes, it could be anything.
