Farouk Silk therapy shampoo - for real. I always used dandruff shampoo, but dandruff shampoo would not always work for some reason. I used my wife's shampoo (farouk) becasue I was out of mine and I noticed my dandruff problems had been washed away. I don't know why it works, but it does.

try head and shoulders or selzen blue, but the trick is to rub it all over your scalp about a half hour before you shower. let the medicine sit on your head for a while and do this a few days in a row, it should all disappear ---if it doesn't then you might have something other than dandruff

omgosh! i used to have dandruff, and head and shoulders smells bad, so this is what you are supposed to do: (scientist recomended, and they tested it!)
dandruff isn't caused by certain shampoos. it's caused by the way you scrup your scalp. you are supposed to get your finger tips (not your nails) ans scrub your scalp. they say, to get rid of dandruff, for about 2-4 minutes. (yeah, i know. a long time. ) dandruff is caused by a chemical which your hair produces. thus, when you scrub well, the chemical is removed, hydrating your scalp!
