Oddly enough they can be purchased in a sex shop. Just walk in ask for it, purchase it, and leave if you must without looking around at anything. No one will care and your visit will be forgotten by everyone!
NOTE: We all use other reusable items... dishes, towels, clothes, cookware, stoves.... we just KEEP THEM CLEAN! So pls ppl don't be so squeamish!!!

golden flax seeds are a natural way for targeting constipation. buy the whole seeds from gnc then grind them in a coffee grinder/ mill. sprinkle ground flaxseeds onto cereals, cookies alternatively take 2 tbsp mixed into a large glass of water . make sure to drink enough water through out the day , but not too much

go to any drug store or wal mart. Look for hot water bottle, there is an attatchment fr enama use and douche use. cost around $10
