something is bothering you...or you are addicted to food or could you be depressed? if you think you are depressed and using food to try to make you feel better, see your doctor...have you tried a natural over the counter appetite suppressant? and, wait to feel hunger...i have been where you are and ate even when i wasn't hungry...it takes 21 days to break an old habit by forming a new one...wait to feel hunger...it may take more than 24 hours...drink water ever time you want to eat and quit cheating yourself out of the life you want...nothing tastes as good as the proper healthy weight and eating habits feel...knowing that YOU DECIDE when to eat...instead of eating, walk or exercise or call a supportive friend...make yourself accountable to someone who cares...ask God to help you.

I know. I don't have that much of a problem, but i do do that everyday thing where I'm going to not eat that much. I know. All you have to do, is just bleieve in yourself. Yell out everyday you wake up. "I WILL BE SKINNY SOON!!! I'M HOTT!" it really helps! i know it sounds funny, but it will get your self-esteem up too. One diet that i suggest is not drinking water 1 hour before you are going to eat a main meal, and eat the meal without water, then after, don't drink water for another hour. When you are eating soup, then it's okay, but just not water or any drinks... MY friend lost 10 pounds a month doing that. I am going to try that too. I'm definately trying, and it's hard, but I'm trying. that's what counts.
