ARen't we all? A good start is (as hard as it is to do) eat only half of what is on your plate. And move more. Park further away from the store and carry out your own cart (they look at me like I'm crazy when they ask me if I want a carry out with my loaded basket of groceries and I tell em no thanks), take an evening walk, do little exercises during the commercial brakes while your watching tv (push ups, sit ups, leg lifts). Start out small and it will gradually become second nature. Good luck. EAT LESS AND MOVE MORE.

Don't drink soft drinks
Do light exercise daily

a friend of mine eats a lot during the day.. then nothing for dinner.. it seems like it works for her. but i dont think it well work for everyone... i havent tried it for myself.. and i dont think i will try it either.. i love my food too much....
