I want to purchase a small digital camera with minimum price but best quality. Prefer still and movie in one camera. Can you suggest the model and price.

Take a look at the Canon A640 or the Olympus cameras. Can't go wrong with either brand.
If you want to compare features, I really like the site www.dpreview.com
If you go to Buying Guide, Features Search, you can fine a zillion cameras under $200.
Be careful of ordering from an unfamiliar sites. Sometimes you only get the camera, not the other stuff in the box!!!!

Hello. Are you looking for something physically smal or of a lower budget? Personally, I'm looking at either Panasonic DMC-LZ7 (with 7.2mp and 6x optical zoom) or the Olympus SP510-UZ (with 7.1mp and 10x optical zoom). I'd recommend either of these, though know that the Panasonic has OPTICAL stabilization versus Olympus' DIGITAL stabilization. Also, get good rechargeable batteries with at least 2300+ mAh for more power and longer useage. Aside from that, I'd look into the Canon SD model digital cams for more portablility.
