msconfig Start up Problem with cftmon?

I cannot get cftmon to keep from running on startup. I have gone into MS help site and followed the directions to stop it. IE. add/remove programs, going into word and works, etc. It keeps on coming back no matter what I do. Anyone out there got a secret tweak to put cftmon to sleep permanently?

Honestly, I gave up on getting rid of it long long ago. Somehow its magical, and knows how to turn itself back on. The resource usage on it is minuscule. Id just let it go.
