In terms of crimes found in the Crimes Act, possibly small scale crimes involving property such as break & enters, robberies and maybe credit card frauds. If you include traffic offences, then you would have a plethora such as crossing unbroken lines, not stopping on line at stop sign, failing to give way at roundabout etc, the list goes on and on. And before you say they don't count, they are still offences, and some of them may have some value in terms of road safety. Most of us do at least half a dozen of these in any drive on any city street and never get caught. But boy, don't we whinge when we do get caught. This of course is not a value judgement on which crimes are worst. I think every victim of crime would say their crime is the worst thing that has ever happened to them. This is just an opinion on volume.

Most people break the law by disorderly conduct at one point in their life or other.. If you meant WORST act of crime then it is most certainly child murder/rape.
