yes it is legal to remove empty or almost empty bottles from the table. it is also legal for you to cook with beer. it is illegal for you to buy and consume alcohol under the age of 21. it is legal for someone under the age of 18 to bring full bottles of beer to the table as long as they do not ring it up. at a restaraunt someone 18 on up can serve yoou alcohol. trust me ive been going to bars since ive was 18 and im 25, and have been pulled over numerous times for it. i know my alcohol laws. just dont obey them.

Yes. Someone under 21 can remove the bottles but they can not serve them. Cooking with an alcoholic beverage is for flavor, the alcohol cooks out. Beer batter simply leaves the taste of the Hopps in whatever you were cooking.

might be different in different states. here in california you have to be 21 to pour alcohol, that means be a bartender or serve wine table side. if you're a waiter/waitress you're allowed to deliver alcohol to a table, and certainly clean up used alcohol afterwords.

when you cook with wine or beer usually the alcohol is evaporated out anyway.
