No medicine can replicate the action of any of your organs, and the gall bladder is no exception.Removing the gall bladder only necessiates some changes in your diet viz fat restriction.

No drug concentrates bile like gall bladder. However removal of gallbladder is not of any serious consequences.Minimising fats in diet is all that is required.

you can buy from health food stores like (Vitamin Shoppe have brand called Pancreatin), that provide enzymes that may be missing in pancreatic problems, may help with gall bladder problems and digestion, have enzymes like lipase (help fat digestion), amylase (carb digestion), and protease (protein digestion), also she should use Lactaid (milk, pills or drops, generic available) with lactase to help digest milk sugar lactose, lactose intolerance can cause many symptoms of digestive problems like Irritable Bowel Syndrome (sometimes merely lactose intolerance)
