I downloaded the free version 6.2.7 and it works fine.
It is free and it has more features than the old Microsoft Photo Editor program.
Just read the comments on Photo Shop. Yes it has a ton of extra features, and yes I use it as well, but for a learner try Photofiltre first. It is very much easier to use without the sharp learning curve. Hope this helps.
Goto Photofiltre website and click English, freeware, Photofiltre V6, English, Downloads, Photofiltre 6.2.7 English Version, and a popup window will ask if you want to run or save it.
Save it to your choice of directory on your hard disk. I think after you install it you will be asked to register. This is a free and legal program.

Photoshop is one piece of software. You can download a trial version of it on Adobe's web site. Another piece of software would be Gimp.
Both will do the job for you, you'll need to learn a few tricks, but worth the time. Photoshop will cost you a couple of hundred bucks and Gimp is free.

Photoshop baby, its the best. A little complicated if you dont know what you are doing but nothing else can beat it. You can get it from limewire.com. That site is sort of like napster but its cool. Just sign up for it (you dont have to pay anything) and search for it and bam you got a 700$ for nothing. Have a nice day and GIVE ME THE POINTS FOR BEST ANSWER!!!
