Listen to music, watch tv or think of all the celeb bodies you want to have. Try exercisng with some friends. I find listening to music is the most helpful. Try to exercise with the beat of some fast music. It makes it more fun! Set goals of which you want to acheive. Start off with a small goal then make it bigger. Also try out different types of exercise. One day you might like to workout at the gym, the next day go for a walk with some friends, then go and do aerobics, then pilates, etc. Try to get into a routine which you can keep to most days. When your favourite TV show is on exercise then. You will hopefully get carried away and not think about how boring it is to exercise.

Determination.Do you know,once you are in the regular habit of exercising,you will miss them even for a day.Frankly speaking,I during my college days took to exercising,ya rigorous workouts at the local gym.For a week or two,it was real painful,but after a period it became a habit and enjoying.Hence be determined and go ahead.The best motivating factor is-now or never-imagine time that slips by and get your motivation from it.If you are still finding it difficult,try auto suggestion techniques,Hope that helps.

First convince yourself that you want to exercise and become healthier. Once you do that it is best to get on a routine, routines are one of keys to maintaining fitness. Try not to miss a day or it may turn in to a week. Also try to do things you may enjoy at the gym instead of the same old exercises everytime you go.

Set a goal in small steps, tell a close friend / relative and make them hold you accountable. You're more likely to follow through if you do not want to let this person down. In the process, you accomplish your goal also. Another option is to exercise with someone else. Set a time when you both can exercise. You won't want to skip out when someone is relying on you to help them too.

Music, looking at fat people and convincing yourself not to be like that, finding a friend in the same situation, and getting a role model! Find exercise videos that have energizing people! HipHop Abs, Turbo Jam, and Denise Austin are all very worthwhile exercise videos! Just don't think! Do it!

Music, a picture of a someone really fat and you know you don't want to end up like them. It's all in the head, once you work out, you feel better about yourself and you will realize that you have more energy.

For me, taking a look in the mirror usually does the trick!
Joining a health club also helps. People are generally going to want their money's worth- whether it's from a gym or a buffet.

Do something fun. Like roller skating or biking. Join a roller derby league like me and have tons of cool girl friends and lots of chances to get plenty of exercise. Boys like rollergirls too... a lot.

well listen to music that goes through your viens and gets you up.
Try thinking of the bad moments like people saying that you are fat or making fun!
try thinking that you'll do exercise to show that you are against people's words or for your loved ones.
