if you vomit coffee ground colored, may be ulcer, and bleeding in stomach, could still be bleeding in stomach or intestinal area without throwing up. should go to a doctor to be sure (if call around can make an appointment with some for only 30 or 40 bucks), if can't afford Healthcare try County Hospital, if get a ruptured ulcer can bleed severely and be life threatening in a short time. If acid try Prilosec OTC, take two pills (40mg) once a day, same time each day. Takes about 4-5 days to feel results though, should block up to 90% acid production, if you don't feel better after that time, should definitely see a doctor, can give you a cheap generic anti-biotic combination to take with such acid preventing medicine, many times the concomitant therapy of the anti-biotic and acid reducer are necessary to treat ulcers.
for immediate relief try Mylanta, can also take such till things like Prilosec kick in.

Abdominal pain can be one of the symptoms associated with transient disorders or serious disease. Making a definitive diagnosis of the cause of abdominal pain can be difficult, because many diseases can result in this symptom. Abdominal pain is a common problem. Most frequently the cause is benign and/or self-limited, but more serious causes may require urgent intervention.
Call a Doctor to do house call if it perisits, if you can type this, take some antacids to neutralize the acids and check yourself in

It may just be a bug.
There has been a bad one going around this year.
If this does not clear up in 36 to 72 hours you MUST see some one or it will get worse.
Put your self on the BRAT diet
BRAT is an acronym of bananas, rice, apple sauce and toast. This diet was thought to be helpful for patients who present with symptoms of diarrhea. It may be recommended for patients with dyspepsia or gastroenteritis. This BRAT diet also has several minor "spin-offs" such as the BRATT (Bananas, Rice, Apple Sauce, Toast and Tea) or the BRATY (Bananas, Rice, Apple Sauce, Toast, and Yogurt) depending on the severity of symptoms. The BRAT diet was thought to be easy on the stomach and intestines which may be inflamed due to trauma or illness
