It is tax payer's who bear the weight of over packed prison's(Inmates in for petty crime)

Some may be in need of proper resources.
Few are getting the chance!

If it's a condition of the person's parole that they abstain from alcohol, then the person would be in violation by drinking it. Parole is granted in lieu of being in prison. If the terms are not acceptable, then the alternative is prison. Sorry, but that's how it works.

Of course it isn't but even coming into contact with an officer here in USA can cause a violation of parole. They want us to stay in the system, we make them more money being behind bars than we do out in society if you do the math you'll find that true.

How I got off parole was only by God's help and making wise decisions, never giving them a reason to violate me. And now i'm free from the revolving door! Move out of the area if u have to, do whatever it takes!!!

Yes because alchol is the key that opens the door for alot of crimes and we have enough problems without a bunch of paroles under the influence .

If you knew that drinking alcohol would violate your parole violation, then drinking it showed that you weren't ready to play by the rules. It is not about being good or bad. There are plenty of people who do bad things, all the while playing by the rules. It is about keeping law and order in the society.

because of the fact the words of his parole have been that if he did drugs he'd bypass returned to reformatory to end out his term? Drug scientific care is expensive and could not artwork except the guy is in a position to provide up, if the guy is making use of drugs returned, he isn't waiting to provide up. that's a waste of money and time.

If one of the conditions of parole was to abstain from alcohol then yes, its perfectly right. Parole is a privilege you do not abuse it.

If a condition of your parole is that you not consume alcohol, and you do anyway, then that's another example of irresponsible behavior.

It depends on the "Conditions OF Release".....
if it violated those conditions then it could be right......
Ask your attorney to review the conditions, talk to your PO. and by all means be cooperative with your PO , he's the guy that will violate you..don;t give this guy grief....

Good luck!

no i think it is wrong . alchol consumed in a moderate serving is ok and a glass of wine is good for you . and a can of beer is good for the kidneys. to me alchol is good for you if you dont drink to get drunk . the courts can put people away but this rule is wrong for social drinkers.
