This is America. There is no such thing as free medical help. That being said, if the bronchitis is caused by allergies, the best thing your friend can do is reduce his/her exposure to the allergens. There is no cure for allergies anyway. Why not call your local pharmacy and ask the pharmacist for some over-the-counter medicines that could offer some relief?

Tell your neighbour to go for colour therapy. Very simple, free of cost.
things required: Glass bottle of clear colour. Yellow and Red coloured gelatin paper. Water and sunlight.
Wrap the bottle from outside with yellow gelatin paper and above that the red gelatin. Yellow and Red gives you orange colour. Fill the bottle with water and keep it in sunlight for minimum 4 hours. Drink this water throughout the day. The bronchitis will get cured.

cut a 1cm ring of fresh ginger
squeeze it in a small glass of Luke warm water
drink it sip by sip before going to bed
do it for 1 month without fail
trust me your friend will get rid of all the bronchitis.
