7 day cabbage soup diet, it works..try putting some jalapenos in it to add spice. Side affects are gas, but your still losing weight.
Stick too it and you will lose a pound or 2 a day!! I did.

My mom actually found this great solution to loosing weight and she's going to try it cause her friends are taking it and loosing weight. it's a pill called Calogel and they have 2 weight loss kinds, they have the "night time" and "day time" pills you take just before bed and/or when you first wake up, they also have other solutions as well.
