i want to move to Dubai from Pakistan can any one please?

i live in pakistan, but i want to move to dubai for job. but i dont know how to apply for it? should i apply before going there or i have to visit there and apply??are hostels safe for girls?? is it easy for an MBA to find a good opportunity there? or NOT please be honest and tell me step by step process for mooving forward to it Thanku no rude answers please !

It would make sense to apply first. Why move for a job that you may not even get??
