Stretch marks can only be healed by time or plastic surgery. For women who gave birth or post-op gastric bypass folks, the only option is plastic surgery.

The only "medical" remedy for stretch marks is plastic surgery. Some women have as many as nine children and display no stretch marks. Some have one child and their stomachs look like the map of the world.

There are a lot of medical applications that can be taken for stretch marks...a thing call collagen is known to help tremendously .

There is an over the counter remedy called "Mederma". It heals scars, stretch marks, etc. It is available at Wal*Mart but it is rather pricey at close to $10-$14 a tube. But it really does work.
