well for 1st
check if u hve installed the active x
bfre downloading the flash player some sites require active x controls to start the download .
when u select the option for downloading u might not notice it .
check if there is any popup blocked or not .if yes then click to install the active x and after that downloaing and saving option of the file will begin

Do you get a yellow bar across the top of your IE window? Maybe your browser insn't allowing an ActiveX control to be installed/launched. Try Right-clicking on the download link and selecting "Save target as" and save it to your desktop. Then execute the install program.

IT TURNS OUT ... I HAD CHECKED THE BOX TO BLOCK A COOKIE ... AND I COULDN'T GET A SITE TO GIVE ME ANYTHING UNTIL I DELETED THEIR NAME FROM THE BLOCKED COOKIE LIST IN MY TOOLS > INTERNET OPTIONS.
sOMETIMES I USE MOVIE SOFTWARE TO SURF INSTEAD OF MICROSOFT INTERNET EXPLORER.
I BOUGHT A PALM COMPUTER ON EBAY FOR 15.50
OLD BUT ENOUGH TO HOLD THE FREE BIBLE WITH SEARCH.
