My best friend and i have been really close for about 3 years. He's always a had thing for me since we've met and just recently i've started to fall for him DEEPLY. We "hooked up" (just sweet kisses) and we both CARE/adore each other but we decided that it's not the best time to have a relationship in our lives right now. We're both in college wanting to get school done, stressed out with work, money, and we're just growing up. He said that he does want to be with me now b/c it's not the right time - that if we were to ever be together, it would be perfect - he wants a "serious, long lasting, and worthwhile" relationship with me someday and that's not now. He wants something "real" and not some sort of 5month college relationship. When we talked about this in person, i could tell it was harder for him than me. We just don't want to rush something that has a great love potential in the future - we still need to build our foundation in life - what do you think?

i think its responsible that he seems to have thought it through carefully. my ex doesn't want to get back w me either even though we both love each other cos he wants our issues to be resolved fully so we can 'last'. furthermore you have known him for 3 years so you ought to know what kind of guy he is like. perhaps u may want to sit down w him and talk things through. but above all, have trust, have faith and let time tell.

Realistically It is hard to have a relationship during college, but you still can work it out. If your love for each other is powerful then there will be no problems in having a relationship right now because you two can work it out no matter what if it is meant to be :) Well i can understand what he is saying about not the right time, but you guys can work it out, but I'm guessing there's a little or a lot of pressure which can build from school, so for now be in a relationship. Just don't trouble each other too much because it can affect both you guys in a positive or negative way... Hope it turns out well ;)

there is no such thing as a perfect lasting forever relationship. it sounds to me like you do want to be with him but he doesnt want to b with u because when u really into someone it doesnt matter the time place what who when atc. the hookin up still happens.

First off answer me this: Does he have a Lady's Man rep.? If so he's just playing you to get some sentimental sex.
